The Israeli Cell Death Society (IsCDS) was established to promote the study and scientific excellence of research in the area of cell death in Israel. The IsCDS offers Israeli researchers, interested in the field of cell death and related areas, a framework for scientific interactions and the exchange of information and reagents within Israel and internationally. The IsCDS is also representing the cell death community in Israel in front of other national and international organizations.
The IsCDS activities include organization of local scientific meetings, as well as joint meetings with other national and international organizations. The society also provides relevant information for the Israeli community, such as local talks by scientists from overseas, links to nationally and internationally related organizations and conferences, and details about the local research groups engaged in cell death-related research.
